Our Referral Policy

We value the trust our clients and partners place in us. To recognise and reward those who introduce new business, we offer a structured referral programme. This policy outlines how referral rewards are calculated and paid.

• Any individual or organisation may participate in our referral programme unless otherwise stated.

• A referral is considered valid when: 
  • The referred client is not already in contact with us.
  • The referral is submitted prior to our first interaction with the referred client.
  • The referred client signs up for our services and pays our standard fees.

We pay referral commissions based on the fees we receive from the referred client during the first three years of their engagement with us.

The commission structure is as follows:

Year of Engagement                Commission Rate     

  Year 1                                         15% of fees received   

  Year 2                                         10% of fees received   

  Year 3                                         5% of fees received    

• Commissions are calculated on net fees received, excluding taxes, refunds, chargebacks, or third‑party costs.
• Payments are made quarterly, based on fees collected during the previous quarter.
• If the referred client stops using our services, commission payments cease accordingly.
• If multiple parties refer the same client, we will honour the referral that was received first.

• Referral payments will be made via bank transfer or another mutually agreed method.
• Referrers are responsible for any tax obligations arising from referral income.
• We reserve the right to request proof of identity or business details before issuing payments.

We may update or discontinue this referral programme at any time. Any changes will not affect commissions already earned on fees received up to the date of the change.
